US Army Air Corps 1943 served on Guam & Saipan as Sargeant Major. Wounded Saipan 1945 (lifelong DAV pension).
Brother PFC Thomas L. Kennedy died at the Battle of Anzio. Married Eleanor Higgins in 1948 (8 children!)
Elected Everett City Alderman 1948. Elected Mass State Rep (Everett 1960-1964). Appointed by
Gov Endicott Peabody as Manager of Employment Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority 1964
served until retirement in 1982.
